Terms and Conditions
Agreement Overview
These terms outline the conditions under which Diamond Eyewear (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) supplies products. Our trading address is [Insert Diamond Eyewear Address]. These terms, together with your completed order, form the entire agreement between you (the customer) and Diamond Eyewear. Your order, once accepted and paid (in full or in part), constitutes a binding contract governed by UK law.
Eligibility & Purchase Conditions
By placing an order with Diamond Eyewear, you confirm:
- You are at least 16 years old.
- You possess a valid eye prescription provided by a certified optician within the past 2 years. You may be asked to provide a copy.
- You agree to supply accurate and complete prescription information, including any additional notes.
Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices shown at the time of order include applicable charges for shipping and insurance where stated.
- Payment in full is required before we can process and confirm your order.
- Prices are inclusive of VAT, as applicable under current UK tax legislation.
Shipping & Ownership
- Ownership of the product transfers to you once full payment is received.
- We offer complimentary UK return shipping for your frames; however, this is not tracked. If you prefer tracked postage, we offer upgrades at an additional cost.
- You will be informed by email when your completed eyewear is dispatched.
- Diamond Eyewear does not cover shipping costs for international deliveries or returns.
Responsibility & Limitations
- Responsibility for goods passes to you once delivery is made.
- While we handle every frame with care, reglazing services carry inherent risks. If your frame is damaged during the process, we will offer one of the
Following:
- A complimentary repair (if possible)
- A replacement frame like for like or similar price range (proof of cost must be provided, we do not profit from replacements)
- A full refund for the reglazing service, with your frame returned
If a new frame fails during reglazing, it is considered potentially defective. You may return it to the original seller under their warranty.
Please note that damage during reglazing is an accepted industry risk and is standardly handled on an “at your own risk” basis.
We are not liable for indirect losses, inconvenience, or compensation beyond any refund due under these terms. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
We are not responsible for delays or damage resulting from events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, weather disruptions, supply issues).
If your original or demo lenses are damaged during removal, we are not responsible for them.
We do not service or take responsibility for any electronic components within frames. Issues with electronics must be addressed with the frame’s manufacturer or retailer.
General Terms
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses will still apply. This agreement is interpreted in accordance with UK law.
Diamond Eyewear reserves the right to decline service at its discretion.
VAT
All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.
Returns & Refund Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. You must inform us of any issues within 14 days.
Items must be returned in their original condition. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost items.
Refunds or replacements will be issued after inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of misuse, damage, or general wear.
Always retain proof of postage when returning items.
Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping charges for international deliveries are non-refundable. Frames purchased online or in-store are not eligible for refunds. Refunds apply only to lens reglazing.
International returns must be sent at the customer’s expense. UK customers will receive a prepaid return label.
These terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Requesting a Return Pack
By requesting a pack, you agree to all terms and conditions.
Our return pack service is available only to UK residents. International customers must cover shipping in both directions.
Promotional Offers
Promotional offers are valid only during the specified timeframe and cannot be applied retroactively.
Voucher codes are single-use and apply to one pair of glasses only.

Competitions
Open to UK residents only. Winner announcements will be made through our official Diamond Eyewear social channels. Never share bank information with unofficial sources.
Winners must claim their prize within 5 working days. After that, the prize will be reassigned.
We reserve the right to use any competition entries submitted to us in future marketing or promotions.
Frame Storage
If we have held your frames for over 6 months without receiving an order, a return shipping fee of £5.50 will apply.
After 6 months of no contact, we may recycle or dispose of your frames due to limited storage space.
